Career update: I started working on AI/LLM research at @SnowflakeDB ❄️ Ever since I first started training machine learning models, I enjoyed every step deeper into research and cutting edge applications. Really happy to be working in a world-class research team that brings top AI capabilities to thousands of companies managing their data in the AI Data Cloud. I'm deeply grateful for the past 2 years at @weights_biases ❤️ W&B is an amazing company: it offers great products that accelerate AI research at leading AI companies. It has great culture, developed by fantastic people that are both very talented and kind. The leadership team is both visionary and deeply involved in the technology. Hoping to keep the old friendships and create new ones. Ultimately, that's what keeps our jobs fulfilling.

The most secure people I’ve met in life are the ones who praise people publicly. Coincidently, they are also some of the best leaders at their work.

Spending enough time on a single medium-scale project can teach you more things than you anticipate. I always say "Finish whatever you started, but ensure there are no TODOs left!"
