✨Life Update✨ This fall I'm starting as a new faculty member at Louisiana State Uni in the Dept of Physics & Astronomy! 😃 Which means, in a few weeks, we are moving to Baton Rouge. 🤯 I'll also be looking for students+postdocs to work with me in the next ~year. So 👀 for it!

#JWSTCycle2 acceptance rate as a function of the requested time. My main takeaways are there is no real difference in the "difficulty" for small vs. medium proposals (except perhaps the "valley of death" from 50 to 60 hours), and that large proposals become a crapshoot.

As an augury of good results for #JWSTCycle2, here is a traditional (?) offering of coffee pods to HST. Legend has it that a gyro will momentarily come back online if the offering is accepted.
