I’ll probably get backlash for this, but Valérien Ismaël wasn’t the problem. He was getting more out of these players than most managers would. The real issue is that many aren’t ready for the league yet and need time to adapt after Rudy sold most of the experienced players.

Glad he’s come out and clarified. I understand it’s taken much longer than expected but it’s just as frustrating for any player. Also saw some suggestions that #Rovers have been vague about the issue. VI explained straight away it was a kick on his knee suffered vs Stoke.
