@0001o2_ @dollytsu thats what i was thinking ... meals tend to be like 1200 calories max and i usually eat a meal thats like 800-900... once a day..?? even 1500 would make you lose weight and is under the general maintenance so you definitely wont gain...

I think the issue with most spos like thinspo or fatspo is that you are posting someone elses body, typically without their consent and either to idolize them or shame them. Mealspo is fine because it's food, you don't need the cucumbers consent
