@kurt13warner Off topic for this post, but congratulations on completing the 860 lessons in the 4 year curriculum of #QBConfidential ! Definitely a top resource for QB’s and the game as a whole for on and off the field (especially with the Outside the Box lessons)

You have to go back to what you know… focus on the D, trust your eyes and let it rip! That is what gets the ball out quick & limits the pressure upfront… when you start thinking about OL & looking for pressure, it’s over!
Not always easy when it’s constant but you have to be able to do it!

@kurt13warner How does a quarterback learn to stay in the pocket when the pass rush has activated his nervous system flight response?
English

Got one for you @kurt13warner : what is the strategic reason for different backfield sets in formations? How do they work together with the other eligibles?
Why Shotgun? Why Pistol? Why Singleback Under Center or Under Center no the I /Strong I or Weak I?
English

@kurt13warner Between this and your post/reply about Checkdowns, you’re on a roll today 👏👏👏🏈
English

Bc you don’t see that right away… you come out and read the FLAT defender, that is where your eyes start, if he doesn’t get to the flat you take it… you don’t pass it up in HOPES something else is open! It’s the same on every play - what’s you’re 1st read, if it’s open you take it, you don’t peek at something else and then hope when u come back to 1st read its still open!
The WHY is because the flat won’t stay open long enough, so once u beat flat defender u take it or he will recover!

@number1AntMan @coc0hen @Endzone51 @JacoBee___ @kurt13warner Why? 6 yards or a touchdown… why wouldn’t you just read the defense and score? There is a way to read and make a play. No free blitz, he had time. If the play is designed why is there no blocking and a guy running a corner?
English

@kurt13warner Makes sense. I’m not a fan of mirrored concepts either. What are some of your favorite concepts to call on the backside if Curl-Flat-Pop is on the play side?
English

@th49ers I don’t like mirrored routes in both sides, but a 3 man curl-flat-pop for sure - love it!
English

I don’t know how to do a study on it but the “Curl-Flat” concept (one of my favs) has to be the highest % play in the NFL even as simple as it is! I have always felt teams should carry it numerous ways every week… sometimes the best plays are the oldest & simplest concepts, the ones u ran in HS & you don’t have to always try and create the next “great” concept!
English

@theqbschool Looking forward to Purdy. Ups, downs, and a lot good effort in a tough divisional loss
English

@kurt13warner @QBConfidential Thanks for a Purdy #StudyBall ! I, and I am sure others, have been waiting.
English

One of my favorite #StudyBall videos of season - lots to learn from - but also a peek into what makes #BrockPurdy so good (which seems to be against popular belief), including having a “Pressure Plan”… everyone needs to watch this one! @QBConfidential youtu.be/6ZiP61S7PSA

This has become my fav way to run it! Now you have all the players on the left in conflict & can conflict the safety with post-over as well!

Coach Moore MS, CSCS@Coach_Moore_BU
@EW723_ @Magical_Answer @kurt13warner How would you block that with 5 out? Can you draw it?
English

@kurt13warner Just run Spacing (in this case), but get there in a few small, different ways without changing the QB progression. Makes perfect sense to me. So why do you think coaches/offesnive architects try to “trick” the defense with window dressing and unnecessary complexity?
English

@kurt13warner Do you think it’s the Bill Walsh “extended hand-off” concept resurfacing?
English

The Cohn Zohn: Can the 49ers Beat the Patriots without Brock Purdy? x.com/i/broadcasts/1…
English

@grantcohn That’s because he was trying to carry the 49ers against the Rams. Someone check on Jauan Jennings’s back!
