It's very dodgy that SAPS does not release the gender breakdown of homicide perpetrators... ...and that Home Affairs does not release fathers' age data for babies birthed by girls aged 10 to 16. If a girl aged 10 to 16 gives birth & refuses to give the father's details, she should be arrested for obstruction of justice coz the father may be a rapist or a statutory rapist. And a full investigation should ensue.
