Gained weight years back and got big boobs because of genetics, told myself I won’t tolerate such boobs and lost weight primarily because of my dislike of them.
I’ve since maintained good weight and the boobs are normal.
That “genetics” excuse is overused. Stop making excuses and go to gym.
