@Flipkart I am disappointed and distressed by how my New Sony Bravia 65 Inch TV replacement issue has been handled. My replacement request for order OD3372847005**** has now been rejected 4 times, with the same repeated reason that no damage was visible during Open Box Delivery. What is being completely ignored is that the scratches were hidden under the factory-applied protective edge tapes. They were simply not visible during delivery inspection unless those tapes were removed. Even your own customer care executives acknowledged this after reviewing the delivery photos taken during Open Box. The damage came to light only when the official Sony installation technician removed the tapes during installation. He documented the scratches immediately, advised me to raise a replacement request with Flipkart, and also registered the issue with Sony. What is most frustrating is that after multiple rejections, one of your representatives specifically asked me to provide the Sony work order as proof. I arranged it in good faith, yet before I was even properly given the opportunity to submit it, the ticket was closed again for the same reason. Even after uploading the work order, my 4th request was still rejected. This is deeply unfair and shows a serious lack of coordination and accountability. I have already shared: Official Sony work card Photos taken by the Sony engineer My unboxing video clearly showing the scratched area was covered by protective tapes I followed every step honestly and responsibly, yet I am being made to suffer for damage that could not have been detected at delivery. This has caused unnecessary stress, repeated follow-ups, and complete disappointment in your resolution process. I request immediate intervention, a proper review of the evidence, and a fair resolution. No customer should have to go through this after following the process in good faith. cc: @FlipkartSupport @jeyandran_s @consaff #ConsumerRights #CustomerServiceFail #BadExperience @jagograhakjago
