@bizar_ro concordo muito! nem sei se é inteligente essa abordagem, porque tem tanta startup ou empresas que não são big techs que acabam atraindo as pessoas mais talentosas principalmente pela cultura e tal. e aí a big tech resolve facilitar a decisão de quem já tá balançado

@thaslle Total... 😵‍💫 Inclusive o êxodo de talentos para outras empresas por esses motivos é totalmente real, muitas big techs americanas são totalmente ineficientes, essa falsa realidade da colaboração eu vivi em várias circunstâncias da minha carreira por aqui.

Eu odeio tanto trabalho presencial que um dos maiores dos motivos de eu ter saído da Apple foi a desolacação para o escritório. Isso é besteira, muita empresa só voltou presencial porque tem muito stakeholder e investidor que tem muito dinheiro em real state, apenas por isso.

made a disappearing card for a personal project inspired by @raunofreiberg’s vanish input. cloned the dom into ogl and dissolved it with a shader.

@henryheffernan @MajorAlter Yes! Lots of limitations tbh. The trick was to switch from DOM to canvas right when the pixels start scrambling, and animate them quickly at the beginning so you can barely notice the slight difference between them.

@thaslle @MajorAlter I feel like I never have good luck with html2canvas, did you find any annoying limitations? I ask bc the transition is so well executed :)
