These Canadians have now arrived in Türkiye. Global Affairs consular officials on the ground are ensuring that they receive urgent medical care as required so that they can return home as soon as possible.

At my direction, Global Affairs officials summoned Israel’s ambassador regarding the treatment of Canadian citizens on board the flotilla. I can confirm that all Canadians who were on board are safe and are in the process of being transferred to Türkiye. Consular officials will be present to meet and support Canadians upon their arrival in Istanbul. Officials at our Embassy in Tel Aviv have been engaged throughout and remain on standby to provide immediate assistance. Canada expects full respect for the rights and safety of all civilians.

If the United States decides to leave NATO, the remaining countries will have to act to protect themselves, most likely turning Canada into the ultimate northern base for a new alliance.
Without America's military, steadfast allies like the UK, France, and Germany would move massive amounts of artillery, advanced fighter jets, and military equipment directly onto Canadian soil to secure the Arctic and protect vital trade routes.
Crucially, surviving nuclear-armed nations like the United Kingdom and France would most likely choose to station part of their nuclear deterrents inside Canada to replace the lost American nuclear umbrella.
This massive shift would rapidly transform Canada from a quiet military participant into the highly armed, central powerhouse of a deeply unified, post-American NATO.
By hosting these massive amounts of foreign troops, jets, and weapons, Canada would show the world that the remaining allies are fully committed to standing strong and defending each other, even without the United States.

Why didn’t you say the same thing about your late husband’s favorite congressman? I’m starting to see now why they took Charlie out. They wanted to take out his voice and his influence. Charlie would have undoubtedly campaigned alongside Thomas Massie publicly and unapologetically. Your silence speaks volumes Erika. Regardless of the outcome of Spencer Pratt’s race, what he’s doing is authentically American. See a problem, become a part of the solution. His campaign ads are unconventional, but that’s the point; it’s refreshing. Instead of speaking like a career politician, he’s speaking as an American who sees and deeply understands how fragile the simple things in life are when leadership fails. This is what this country is all about. Citizens willing to step into the political arena, unafraid, and challenge a failing system, much like the one that has destroyed Los Angeles. The abominable treatment of civilians aboard the flotilla, including that which is documented in footage shared by Itamar Ben-Gvir, is unacceptable. Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs has directed officials to summon the Israeli ambassador to demand assurances regarding the safety and security of Canadians involved. Canada has already imposed strict sanctions on Mr. Ben-Gvir, including asset freezes and a travel ban, in response to his repeated incitement of violence. The protection of civilians and respect for human dignity must be upheld everywhere, at all times.
