I wouldn’t even do it in DM’s because there are insane people out there who will screen shot private conversations to use against you or publicly put out. Trust me. I know. Only speak to people whom you trust completely and in discord CALLS not messages. People are mental.

My biggest tip to creators in this space is to keep your head down. Focus on your own content. Be mindful of what you’re sending in DMs. Don’t shit talk other creators and for the love of god handle drama in DMs vs publicly on the TL. Yes it can be isolating, but the drama and stress just isn’t worth it imo.

So according to Doc this heat triggers my hypertension and is the cause of these headaches, avoiding very long drives especially around 10am-4pm, or just by staying outside, keep hydrated and meds, don't stress (how?), keep yourself cool (ac is still broken) , goodluck with that
