@AirCanada @Aeroplan It's great that you now have direct flights to BNA @Fly_Nashville, but customer service has been MIA for this observer. Haven't been able to get what I'm due after a canceled flight. Website errors, phone lines are down. No signs of life... I'm worried.

Due to unrest in the Middle East, our Toronto-Dubai flights are cancelled until at least May 1. We plan to reintroduce service gradually when flights can safely resume. We continue to add capacity to Delhi to provide travellers with options to Canada.
