@Cobratate Not true. I won, I'm saved by Christ. I know where I'll spend eternity & I know where he'll spend eternity. I won

When I was 21 I made $140k in GCI as a real estate agent in only 6 months
I worked my tail off to do that
Ever since I've made multiple 6 figures as an agent and I just turned 23
A lot of my friends, and other people think I live way below my means
"Bro you are super liquid, why not get a lambo"
I have a girl I plan on marrying soon, I want kids soon, I want freedom, and I care more about giving my future family the life I never had over me driving a Lambo at 23
Its all relative to what you value
Mark Cuban ate roman noodles even when he had $2M liquid, check out where he is at now

It's very important people understand what the real estate market is going to look like in 2026
People are going to come out of the water works and start to buy / sell again
People know the rates aren't moving much, and prices have hit a ceiling
If your sitting on equity, its time to sell
If your a buyer, its time to buy before things get more out of reach
It will not be a crash, it will actually be a boom
You can either be on the negative or positive side of this
Your choice

I learned & failed a lot from the age of 17-22
I sat back and observed a lot of things
From business, from the internet, and from the world itself in general
It's now Jan of 2026, I'm 23, and for the first time in my life I am truly awake
I see the world for what it is
Now I am pursuing my goals in a different way
I genuinely do not care about others opinions, and I am busting my ass all day everyday to move forward
When you wake up, and the smoke clears you can truly see life for what it is and what is important
Love those close to you, trust God, & work hard, as long as you do those things you will live a fruitful life

I was talking to a guy in the sauna at Lifetime Fitness yesterday & he ended up asking me what I thought about the real estate market in Atlanta currently
I told him I think it is going to be a great year for everyone, builders, agents, lenders, etc
I said I think rates are coming down, buyers / sellers will be more active this year, and the market will boom
He disagreed and said the market needs a reset and will probably crash
For context, he was about 60, and obviously had more money than me
I said well I agree to disagree
He then asked how old I was and I told him I was 23
He laughed and said I'll learn one day when I'm older
He embarrassed me in front of about 10 people
Then he walked out lol
Then a gentlemen in his 40s spoke up and said he agreed with everything I was saying
Turns out he's a luxury home builder, and builds $10M-$15M houses
We swapped numbers, and are getting lunch soon
Moral of the story, stand your ground, believe in yourself and speak your mind
You never know who may be listening

The worst part about internet money is the rest of the world has caught on to it by now
& they are annoying AF
My best friend is a "Miami Guru" who makes between $250k - $400k/m with his coaching business
I've heard him take hundreds of sales calls with guys from Australia, England, Germany, etc
They are actually brain dead, they will work hard no doubt about their effort, but when it comes to true intellectual ability, they left that in the 1500s
America is still the blueprint, and American men are still seen as the Top Gs
Andrew Tate is in Miami right now
The ONLY reason he doesn't live in America is because our government would be on his ass 24/7
The Tate brothers are American blood, Europe can't claim them as their poster boys

Exactly, the goal is to have $10M & work 10 hours a week... not have $100M and work 10 hours a day

I used to be impressed by people who had a lot of money, but now I'm impressed by people who have a lot of free time. Time is the ultimate measure of wealth.

You better lock in, like now...
2026 will be the first year that the wealth gap will truly widen
The poor will get poorer and the rich will get richer
"That's already happening Tommy"
No shit
I'm saying it is about to get VERY noticeable, and if your own the wrong side of the fence you will be very upset
Don't say I didn't warn you, don't blame it on your situation, or the government
If you have a brain, a healthy body, and fingers then you are more than capable of saving yourself

The past week I've talked to about 6 Realtors who have absolutely no idea what they are doing
Asking me questions about my listings, and my lenders that seriously don't make sense
Yet, they have clients lol
They have clients now, will they in two weeks? Probably not, let me explain why
The agent doesn't know what they are doing, therefore when it comes to educating the client, and having their best interest in mind, they will fail, and the client will leave
That is why it is so important as an agent to EDUCATE yourself on the business & how a transaction truly works
Social skills can get you clients, it can't keep them
Be a 1% realtor, educate yourself, then educate your clients, and you will be in this business a long time
Coming from a 23 year old agent who has been in this business for 3 years now in one of the roughest markets this industry has ever seen

Just woke up at 5AM today, its Monday
The city was asleep, so quiet
I was walking on the treadmill thinking about how far my mindset has come, not how far I've came, how far my mind has come since I was 18
When I was 18 it was hard for me to work hard because I envied everybody
I was upset I wasn't handed life on a silver platter like other kids I went to high school around
Then something clicked in the past few years, and I understood that I felt bad for them
They'll never have to work hard, take risks, and be stressed 24/7
Which means they'll never get to experience the joy of actually becoming successful all through my own dedication and will
They'll never be able to sit back one day on their porch at their mansion looking at the kids run in the yard, and the 6 cars in the garage and say to themselves "I did all this"
That's what keeps me going everyday
Stop being jealous & start being thankful God gave you a a chance

Yesterday morning I posted an instagram reel about how as a real estate agent M-F is your "practice"
& the weekends are your "gamedays"
If you don't put in the work then you won't perform well on gameday
4 Hours later I sold a house to a lead I had been following up with non stop for weeks
This business is hard don't get me wrong, but its really just because people lack effort
You can dream as big as you want & have a ton of ambition
If you don't take action, then that ambition really doesn't matter...
English

It seriously amazes me the amount of people my age, Gen Z, who are just not awake at all
Still going to bars all weekend, chasing each other around romantically, not pursuing anything meaningful
Our government is corrupt, you can't afford anything nice, and you essentially will struggle forever if you don't lock in now
Maybe it is because I already did all of that nonsense when I was 14-19 & understood that lifestyle brings a fleeting feeling of "happiness"
1/2 of Gen Z will be ultra successful, and the other half will live in regret forever
I promise

Kanye West was never crazy
Let me explain
I know you've seen the clip of him explaining how life naturally puts a bunch of coffee tables in front of you
Society tells you what is normal, what is accepted, and what isn't
So you naturally just adapt to everyone else's terms & rules
Yeah, well, frick that
Do you remember when you were a kid & you would do anything without fear or judgement or danger?
The adults that live like that are the ones on TV, the ones that are rich, the ones who have impact
Stop letting people tell you what is acceptable, and what is okay
Your life is your life, pursue, and do what you want with it
