@TheAA_UK can't find a way to give good feedback on AA app! Driver Steve in LC72YZL Fri 22nd May attended us at Bassetts Pole roundabout Sutton Coldfield 5.25pm. Absolutely lovely guy..brilliant service. A million miles from 2 encounters we had with the RAC in recent yrs.

@TheAA_UK I have currently been on hold for over half an hour just waiting to speak to the first real person. Can the AA be called an Emergency service?? I hope this is not another victim of the “working from home” culture. So disappointed. Ringing up for my 92 year old mum

@TheAA_UK Two hours ago I found a lady stranded in her car with a flat tyre She is 88, she has no water left, no toilet no food She phoned you THREE TIMES answered your online questions, then they cut her off or told she doesn't exist IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT THE ELDERLY CUSTOMERS

@TheAA_UK utterly disgusted. Son in law has broken down, you send a recovery vehicle who said they can only take him half way home. He’s tried ringing you again to speak to someone and been waiting for someone to pick up for 90 mins!!!

Hey Bill, we do show European and insurance policies, as long as all your policies are direct with us you can view under one account. If your UK breakdown cover is through the bank, and the others are direct, you'd need to create another online account with a different email address for the insurance or European.

@TheAA_UK When I buy European Breakdown cover why doesn't the cover appear in my AA account or in the App? I can't understand why you have an app but it only shows the UK Breakdown cover and not AA Insurance, EU Breakdown etc. Make it better!

@TheAA_UK My mother drove from Scotland to come and pick us up so we didn’t cook, we stayed in a hotel, and AA were able to recover the car at 11am THE NEXT DAY. Let me know who to send reciepts to 🙃

@TheAA_UK and it gets worse now 0245! That’s since 1645 to recover 1 car! Absolutely disgusting service! High volume of calls isn’t really an acceptable excuse! You’re supposed to be providing a service (not a well it’s a bit busy we’ll get to you at some point!) Dreadful!

@TheAA_UK This is a last resort . My 77 year old parents have been broken down since 11 am this morning in Anglesey North Wales 170 miles from their home .No help forthcoming so they have to abandon their car as a family member is having to drive 5 hour round trip to get them .

@TheAA_UK it is absolutely ridiculous that on a bank holiday weekend I am blocked in on my driveway by an AA van!! The driver stood on the opposite side chit chatting having a drink whilst there was space to park where he was stood! I've noted the registration of the vehicle.
