With MFF wrapped up, I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences of my life. I've met some life-long friends, completely RUINED any resemblance of a sleep schedule and had an incredibly amount of fun. See you again next year MFF, or maybe FWA/LVFC 🫡

@EndeavorToDream @Latinvixen I wouldn't say it's super easy - it's a strong enough bond that you risk damaging a soft foaming TPU print, so I use a hair dryer on the PLA supports to get them off cleanly.

main benefit is using PLA for supports, which has a huge benefit when your printing TPU because TPU does not stick well to PLA, so your supports peel off your finished TPU product super easyyy. However I have heard that there have been issues with it. also saves money for the same reason on more expensive filaments.

Who on my feed has the Bambu Lab H2D (non ams) and how do you like it? I have been eyeing it for a little bit and want to see if this is something I should consider in the future for my business. Most of my arsenal of printers are Bambu so curious about the dual nozzle and how people have liked or disliked working this time one in particular.

Different infill strengths and different tpu types create a lot of variation 🥰

Multimaterial feather print test on the Bambulab H2D! No prime block. Foam TPU and PETG central spine.

@Latinvixen @gabethecollie Honestly if you print TPU ideal is ams + ams ht. I have a foaming TPU loaded in the HT which acts as a dedicated dry box feeding the TPU via the bypass port. I use varioshore which has a high starting 92A hardness so I can run it through tubing and keep the printer enclosed.

@gabethecollie I don’t need the AMS for it but I like what else it provides.
