⚠️ If eggs are your main protein source, be careful.
In the last 2 days I’ve found several rotten eggs from delivery apps and local vendors (different brands).
Maybe poor storage with delivery apps+ extreme heat.
Two years back-to-back around March my brother was hospitalized after eating rotten eggs.
How do you guys check eggs before cooking in summer? Any reliable test?
