Uganda’s representation in the fellowship reflected a dynamic blend of leadership, law, business and community transformation.
Kakihoza Akampurira – A lawyer and Managing Director at Kanaba Engineering, bridging infrastructure development with startup innovation through the Galaxy Innovation Initiative.
Kuluthum Najjuma – Executive Director of Zannya Africa Foundation, integrating sports, health and climate action to drive community transformation.
Opolot Emmanuel Solomon – A legal professional and thought leader in governance, advocating for servant leadership and policy reform.
Rafael Kelly Muyinda – Founder of Flare International Foundation, empowering youth through education, peacebuilding and enterprise.

Join an 8-day immersive fellowship at the MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MS TCDC), Arusha, focused on democratic governance, ethical and digital leadership, and conflict-resilient leadership. Fellows will take part in hands-on Leadership Innovation Labs, design community solutions, and compete for mini-grants to implement their ideas with mentorship and support.
