Sample this; Principal Disaster Management Officer=Degree in PR Principal Fire Officer=Masters in Theology Chief Fire Officer=Degree in Library Studies Senior Disaster Management Officer=Degree in Tours and Travel Inawork?

As the leadership in Nairobi, we have received a briefing on the situation regarding the floods and the planned response. As MPs all we want to see is a plan we can get behind. The County Government is overwhelmed and it is worrying that the help promised from National Government has still not arrived in most of the affected areas.

Whatever their reason was, Mombasa is a secular city according to the constitution of Kenya. Not a Muslim city! As many in the comments are claiming. Kenya and its borders is a secular state. Kenya's constitution declares no state religion, we're a secular nation. Them trying to label and Islamify Mombasa as a "Muslim city" ignores the law and Mombasa’s diversity. Also, Mombasa is anyway rooted in Mijikenda heritage which is traditionalist, honouring Mulungu and ancestors. Which many Mijikendas still do today. This was there way before Islam, Christianity or Hinduism arrived.
