My fear of burdening anyone around me with my bullshit far exceeds my desire for connection in my low moments.

The duality of isolating myself when I'm not going good mentally because I know I'm not fun to be around when I'm feeling like this, and then feeling worse because isolating and not talking about it solves nothing and makes me feel worse. 👍🏻 Brains are cool.

From Zero is about to celebrate its second birthday this year and in the next two years we will probably be treated to another new album. Good stuff, my fellow citizens.
