Update on The Ballad of Rooster Jenkins: - Raiders of the Lost Art, Catch Me If You Can, and a Vinyl Days scrap are now on the album - Blu-rays ship shortly after the drop next week - All 5 albums are still dropping - Logic will “probably” tour this year (via Logic’s IG)

@ItzPerka This, but also friends never want to play anymore unless it’s a new map. Back then it felt so easy to ask the boys to hop on to run some Eisendrache (or whatever) and get pumped every time. The flow of a match felt smoother back then too. Early rounds were goated.

I forgot to mention that back then one of the things that kept people sane while waiting was the community. I think the community back then was at an all time peak and I don’t think we’ve gotten back to that in a while. BO7 feels dry because there’s no community being active. Me and a few others can talk about the story and try to keel it together but there’s the problem of the maps not offering enough intel and the story just not really feeling consistent enough for people to care. Like how can I make people interested in what could be one of the best story plotlines in the Dark Aether story with Ava Jansen in Paradox Junction when people did not care about MWZ and her story there.

BO3 maps had a lot of depth and replayability but I also remember that these maps didn’t last long afterwards because people already wanted the new thing (Remember the wait between Zetusbou and Gorod? People keep forgetting that whenever they bring up the modern Zombies gap periods). People may hate the live service model but it actually keeps you coming back to the game every week compared to before where there was barely any events, any rewards or reason to keep playing everyday. BO4 had that and that’s why it’s my favorite Zombies mode because it follows the live service model (plus more consumer friendly) and it has content that has depth and replayability.
