Processing for the 2026 tax season officially begins today. Most error-free returns that have already been filed will be processed within the next 8 weeks. Review our processing timeline and check the status of your refund at dor.sc.gov/refund

UPDATE: Our Charleston office will remain closed today (2/2) due to an unresolved maintenance issue as a result of the storm.

Due to inclement weather, our Columbia, Florence, and Myrtle Beach offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 2. Our Greenville office will open at 10 AM. Our Rock Hill office will open at 11 AM. Our Charleston office will open at noon.
