We are excited to be getting closer to realizing our all-electric, Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) Certified project in Climate Zone 7 which will provide 35 comfortable and energy efficient dwelling units for the Town of Crested Butte.

Construction Continues in Crested Butte: Just because it's "mud season" in the mountains doesn't mean we slow down!  Construction is going strong on our Mineral Point project with a completion date scheduled for July.

Sneak Peak! The Grand Opening for our Village on Impala project isn't until June 3rd, but here are some images of the nearly completed community. All of the 62 new units and all of the 24 renovated duplexes are occupied, making this community a vibrant place to call "home"!

Aldo leveled up STUDIO’s housing know-how at the Tennessee Housing Conference in Nashville! Over 750 movers and shakers attended, w/ insightful sessions & networking, including a productive meeting with TWG Development. Sadly, the Conway Twitty karaoke remains a rumor!
