Traveled across multiple t2 cities in GJ. Repeating it but Dhurandhar craze is somthng els, eateries playing it's track on repeat. Advt on hoardings are inspired, etc. All these organically. amazing.

Very possible this neighborhood could have turned into slum. More instances show all things are random or that some people are extremely lucky.

1995 on this day- Ground breaking ceremony of our home. There was no road, no neighbor. The nearest neighbor had speakers on his roof top with mic by his bed side so that if a thief comes at night he can shout so that someone in distance can hear him. The thermal power station would emit layers of black dust. Every morning there used to be layer of black dust. This was cheapest land available in NCR matching to our needs. Today this is a thriving colony. At least 7 parks within 500 mtrs. 200 mtrs from highway. The thermal power station has been shut down. Most peaceful neighbourhood.
