Kat was also awarded funding for a multi-lab project exploring how the brain interprets signals from regions associated with sensation and movement across healthy aging. This can help develop approaches for identifying dementia and other conditions linked to aging. (3/3)

Kat was recently awarded a MRC Partnership Grant to build a new international consortium of experts in the field of Tourette syndrome research. Incorporating people with TS, this new partnership will collaboratively generate new understanding of Tourette syndrome. (2/3)

Looking forward to Day 2 of #ICWM 2024!

In our meeting, we discussed brain imaging and brain stimulation methods, and reviewed some prospective interview questions for participants with psychosis regarding their experiences, current understanding and perceived concerns with these methods. 🧠

Yesterday was a fantastic day full of PPIE! In the morning some of our research team attended an excellent workshop on inclusive PPI organised by the @CambridgeBRC. In the afternoon we had a really interesting meeting with our own PPI group. 😃
