Q8. There are so many great points in this book...but this part! 👀 We study how to communicate, but sometimes forget WHY we communicate. Imagine if we kept friends who aren't like us, sat with someone from a diff team... chose understanding over comfort ... #Raccoonscontribute

Q7. #Raccoonscontribute I think the takeaway for me is to slow down🐢. We get going & its easy to get straight to the point. This year, I think its incredibly important to put that human side back into conversations. Not small talk, but genuine "talk to me" moments. 🖤🦝❤
