We had the immense pleasure of welcoming back the wonderful Ariana Kashefi last night. With her technically immaculate, deeply expressive and richly coloured playing, coupled with a natural feel for the music, her Shostakovich will no doubt blow you away - as it did us! 🤩

CHANGE OF SOLOIST Michael Petrov has unfortunately had to cancel his performance of Shostakovich's Cello Concerto No. 1 with us due to unforeseen circumstances. We are extremely grateful to Ariana Kashefi for agreeing to step in at short notice. The programme remains unchanged.

What a fabulous gig by the Crescent Brass Quintet at Gaucho Richmond this afternoon 💃🕺 To us quite simply the most exciting brass band around! (... have we mentioned they're all NLSO players? 😎😍)

A cold but heartwarming night✨ From exuberance through lyricism to raw emotion, this was a truly wonderful programme. Special mention to our prodigious soloist Aki Blendis who performed Barber's Violin Concerto with utmost skill, poise and personality. We were all in TOTAL awe!
