it's just because a lot of the capital left onchain atm is mercenary capital, that capital does not have high targets for coins bc they slam size when they have advantageous positioning and get out into the first spike of volume and look for the next spot this is the case because only a few ppl right now believe that onchain alts can go higher than the highs that they made last cycle, onchain did so well on solana in 2023 because people were using doge as a frame of reference for memes *and* there was an influx of new capital onto the chain that hadn't been there before, ppl were bullposting + bagworking instead of rotating aggressively and playing defense this will change once you have a coin that goes higher than people expect because it will do two things 1) it will meaningfully change traders' behavior to hold for larger multiples or fear missing out on rallies instead of hyper-rotating 2) it will bring in net new capital because once retail sees coins doing really well onchain and people making a lot of money that's when we get new entrants into the space again all you need is a giga-runner to change conditions, change behavior, and entice new capital

Bridging to 10 different chains where every single narrative just turns into another Asteroid Price goes lower until the CEO talks about the coin, and if they finally do, everyone dumps it Trading onchain is a death spiral rn
