Some of you know I spent quite a few years in West Africa and my accomodation at the time was an apartment in a compound owned by a Lebanese gentleman.
He took quite a few risks having us there, due to the large Hezbollah fund raising community.
But we got along with mutual respect and all was good.
That is until the war.
I'm pleased to say we've now rekindled our friendship and hope that the ceasefire in Lebanon continues to hold.
