Contrary to the propaganda of southern Anda jeets, boiled egg is not high in protein. 1 boiled egg gives only SIX gram of protein. Cooked daal with rice in other plate gives atleast 9-10 gm protein. Not only it is high in the protein but it has vegetables which gives mineral and vitamins. More importantly if kid is given choice he will chose second dish over first one any day. So no it’s not well balanced diet. It’s carb slop with minimum amount of protein unlike ISCKON Akshay Patra which is balanced diet.

Most people talk tough until nature is standing ten feet in front of them and every instinct in your body is screaming to run, and running is exactly the worst thing you can do. Grizzlies are built to chase, they top out over 700 pounds and can cover ground faster than any human alive. The people who survive these moments are the ones who override pure fear with pure discipline and this woman did exactly that. If you hike, camp, or spend any real time in the wilderness - bear spray is not optional, it is the difference between a story you tell and one somebody else tells about you. Could you have kept your cool? Hats off to her.

Most people whining about lack of eggs have never run an organization. Veg/Non Veg segregation is a logistical nightmare for a project of this scale. Also Govt is under no obligation to help you meet your (expensive) protein goals. If you want eggs/meat please eat them at home.
