At a time when simple answers seem tempting, this remarkable AI film I am sharing here today teaches us an important lesson. Created with the assistance of AI, the film powerfully confronts us with the bleak visions often propagated by far-right parties and groups. These unimaginative "solutions" are not only historically disproven, but also dangerously inadequate. The film shows that the promises of the far right offer no real answers to the pressing issues of our time. Instead, they distract from the real challenges we face, such as climate change, skills shortages, wars, and the need for energy transitions. It is easy to look for easy solutions in difficult times. But as the film powerfully demonstrates, populist slogans and blaming minorities are not the answer. They are relics from a time that we should have left behind long ago and that we must never repeat.
