A lot of people are misunderstanding Sowore's post. His support for DJ Chicken does not necessarily mean he supports everything DJ Chicken has ever done. His point is about the use of state power and whether the punishment is proportionate to the alleged offence.
Sowore believes that young Nigerians should not be unnecessarily imprisoned for every controversial or offensive act, especially when the powerful are often treated differently.
You can disagree with DJ Chicken's behaviour and still believe that he deserves justice, due process, and his freedom if the charges do not justify imprisonment.
That is the point I believe Sowore is making.

If anyone knows how to reach DJ Chicken's family or relatives, I will be happy to advocate for him and help him challenge the burdensome charges brought against him by the jobless @PoliceNG .
