FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010) என்பது வெளிநாட்டு நிதி (Foreign Contribution) பெறும் அரசு சாரா தொண்டு நிறுவனங்கள் (NGOs), அறக்கட்டளைகள், சங்கங்கள் போன்றவற்றை ஒழுங்குபடுத்தும் சட்டமாகும். இந்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகம் (Ministry of Home Affairs - MHA) இதை நிர்வகிக்கிறது. FCRA பதிவின் செல்லுபடியாகும் காலம் (Validity) FCRA பதிவு (Registration) 5 ஆண்டுகள் வரை செல்லுபடியாகும். 5 ஆண்டுகள் முடிந்ததும், புதுப்பித்தல் (Renewal) செய்யாவிட்டால் பதிவு காலாவதியாகிவிடும். வெளிநாட்டு நிதி தொடர்ந்து பெற விரும்பினால், காலாவதிக்கு முன்பே புதுப்பிக்க வேண்டும். குறிப்பு: புதுப்பிப்பு என்பது ஆண்டுக்கு ஒருமுறை அல்ல. இது ஒவ்வொரு 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் ஒருமுறை செய்யப்பட வேண்டியது. ஆனால், ஆண்டுதோறும் FC-4 என்ற வருமான அறிக்கை (Annual Return) தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும். (அதாவது பெற்ற நிதி & அதன் செலவு செய்த கணக்குகள்) இப்ப எதனால திடீர்னு பொங்குறாங்கனா... முக்கிய மாற்றங்கள் செய்திருக்காங்க அது👇 FCRA பதிவு ரத்து ஆகும் போது (அல்லது புதுப்பிக்காமல் விட்டால்) அந்த அமைப்பின் வெளிநாட்டு நிதி + அதை வைத்து உருவாக்கிய சொத்துகள் (assets) தானாகவே மத்திய அரசு நியமிக்கும் "Designated Authority" கிட்ட போயிடும். அந்த அதிகாரி சொத்துகளை கவனிச்சு, நிர்வகிச்சு, தேவைப்பட்டா அரசுக்கு மாற்றலாம். மத வழிபாட்டு இடங்கள் இருந்தா, அதன் மத தன்மையை பாதுகாத்து வேறு நபருக்கு கொடுக்கலாம். பதிவு புதுப்பிச்சா சொத்து திரும்பி கிடைக்கும். இல்லைனா நிரந்தரமா அரசு கிட்ட போயிடும்.// வாங்குன பணத்துக்கு கணக்கு காட்டனும் 5வருசத்துக்கு ஒருமுறை புதுபிக்கனும் இதுல என்ன பிரச்சனை இவங்களுக்கு பணத்த சரியா பயன்படுத்துனா கணக்கு காட்டுவதில் என்ன பிரச்சனை? எங்கயோ இருக்க ஒருநாட்டுக்காரன் நம்மநாட்டுக்கு அதுவும் அரசு சாராத அமைப்புகளுக்கு நிதி தர்ரான்னா அதை உன்னிப்பாக கவனிக்க வேண்டிய பொறுப்பு அரசுக்குஉண்டு அதில் ஒழுங்குமுறையை உருவாக்கி அந்த நிதி அவர்கள் எதற்க்காக அனுப்பினார்களோ அதற்கு செலவு செய்யபடுகிறதா என கவனிக்க வேண்டிய கடமையும் அரசுக்கு உள்ளது. இதில் ஆண்டுக்கு ஒருமுறை கணக்கு காட்டுவதிலும் 5ஆண்டுக்கு ஒருமுறை புதுப்பிப்பதிலும் என்ன பிரச்சனை இவர்களுக்கு சாதாரணமாக அரசுபணியில் உள்ள உயரதிகாரி முதல் கடைநிலை ஊழியர் வரை ஆண்டுக்கு ஒருமுறை வருமான கணக்கு சமர்பிக்கிறார்கள் அப்படி சமர்ப்பிக்காமல் விட்டால் சம்பளம் நிறுத்தம் போன்ற பிரச்சனைகள் வருகிறது. ஆகையால் சரியாக தாக்கல் செய்கிறார்கள் அப்படி இருக்க தனியார் டிரஸ்ட்டில் லட்சத்திலிருந்து கோடிவரை வெளிநாட்டு நிதி வரும் போது அதை கணக்கு காட்டுவதிலும் புதுப்பிப்பதிலும் என்ன பிரச்சனை தலீவரே.!?

Student leaders in hostel rooms. They nearly assassinated Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in Tirupati in 2003. No one was safe. Not politicians, not police officers, not college kids, not farmers. The numbers: Naxalism killed more Indians than Islamist terrorism and Khalistani terrorism combined. Let that sink in. Naxalism (1980–2025): ~20,000+ killed. 12,000+ civilians. 3,000+ security forces. Over 30,000 violent incidents since 2000 alone. J&K Islamist insurgency (1990–2020): ~14,000 civilians + ~5,300 security forces killed. Devastating, but concentrated in one region, and episodic in rest of India. Khalistan insurgency (1980s–90s): ~21,500 killed including ~12,000 civilians. Intense but contained to roughly a decade. Naxalism wasn't episodic. It was chronic. It hit daily, across 180 districts, for nearly six decades. Yet Naxals got the most extraordinary cultural cover. Telugu cinema built an entire genre around romanticising them. They were portrayed as Robin Hoods fighting injustice. The revolutionary fighting the system. Nobody wanted to criticise them. Not filmmakers. Not intellectuals. Not the media. They destroyed schools, roads, mobile towers. They killed the very tribals they claimed to protect. They didn't fight the system. They were the system in those forests. A brutal, unaccountable one. From 180 affected districts to zero. From 2,258 violent incidents in 2009 to near zero. An 85% drop in civilian and security force deaths. This is the biggest internal security achievement in independent India's history. And it deserves to be talked about as exactly that. The Red Corridor is gone. Let's never romanticise what it was.

Udayanidhi Stalin has now said that Dravidian ideology = Islam.
