@NYC_SBS We did that and she told us to email her directly (which made us very uncomfortable seeing as she was not with NYC or the SBS (?)), so we emailed her the PDFs within the time limits and immediately received a rejection from the SBS for lack of documents-?? SOS

@NYC_SBS We rec’d an email from someone from EDSI Solutions that our paperwork is not correct format—asking for resubmission of several documents in PDF, however the SBS site won’t allow us to upload. Please assist!!
