stop being chronically online. your soul is chipping away. go outside and stare into the sun while taking a deep breath and consider what a strange place it is that you exist in. go think. get moving. go somewhere and do something. it's a worthwhile use of your time, don't worry. you have free will. you are allowed to do things. don't take it for granted, use it.

reading densely for an hour a day completely rearranges your nervous system. the urge to scroll and other high-dopamine activities fades away. your thinking becomes calmer and deeper. i experienced this today after a long time: i was deeply immersed in the writer’s thoughts; the whys, hows, and whats going through their mind. your frequency shifts to a meta, high-order cognition that lets you observe both your own thinking and the writer’s.

Polymaths will dominate the next 5 years, but only if they practice the skill of knowing what to ignore. You can learn and do anything now, meaning that it will become increasingly rare for a person to put time, attention, and care into one thing.

the man who reads one book a month for 10 years will be unrecognisable. not because of any single book. but because he chose to never stop being curious. curiosity compounds harder than money. most people stop learning the day they leave school. and then they wonder why nothing changes. you are what you consume. if you consume nothing you become nothing. read everything. stay curious. its the only unfair advantage that gets stronger with time.

The easiest way to make your LLM smarter is stupidly simple… Just copy-paste your prompt twice. Researchers from Google found that repeating the exact same prompt (Prompt + Prompt) can boost accuracy from 21% to 97% on certain tasks. It sounds like a glitch, but it fixes a major flaw in AI. LLMs read left-to-right. If your instructions are at the end, the model "read" the context before knowing what to look for. By pasting it twice, the model gets a "second read" with full knowledge of the task. And the best part is that, it’s effectively free. Because the "pre-fill" stage is parallelized on GPUs, processing the repeated text adds almost zero latency.

the reason your AI copy sounds robotic has nothing to do with prompting... it's because you skipped the only step that matters you went straight to "write me sales copy" without understanding who you're writing for 5 years ago, the gap between great copywriters and everyone else was simple: buyer psychology knowing their fears, their language, the exact moment they go from "maybe" to "take my money" AI can give you that same understanding. here's how i do it: step 1 - build the psychological profile prompt AI to research your niche across the entire web > forums, reddit, reviews, competitor sites > extract buying triggers, objections, language patterns > map out what your audience actually says when they're ready to buy you just compressed years of copywriting instinct into one research session step 2 - don't write anything yet and this is where everyone blows it they take the research, prompt "write converting copy"... and get the same generic output as everyone else step 3 - study who's already winning find competitors making real money in your space: - top-ranking pages for your keywords - X accounts with similar offers getting traction - sales pages with clear positioning and social proof step 4 - dissect their copy with AI feed it in and ask: - what words keep appearing? - which emotional hooks repeat across their pages? - what patterns show up in their highest-converting content? step 5 - now you write combine everything: audience psychology + competitor intelligence let AI draft with the full picture... then finish the last 20% yourself the writing is the easy part... the deep work before it is where all the money is

the dead internet theory is about to happen to phone calls... in the next 12 months, a personal AI agent will screen all your calls by talking to the caller's AI agent here's how it works as of today: - iphone asks unknown callers to state their name - you manually decide to answer or not - still requires human judgment 6 months from now: - your AI answers every unknown call - talks to whoever's calling (human or AI) - decides if you need to know about it - only rings through if it passes the test 12 months from now: - spam callers deploy AI that sounds human - your screening AI talks to their spam AI - neither side involves a human anymore - 99% of phone calls are just bots talking to bots the phone network will still work, but it will basically go dead for human communication. and this isn't theoretical anymore... PolyAI's voice AI is already embedded in Gordon Ramsay's entire restaurant group when you call to book a table: the AI answers, takes your reservation, asks about dietary restrictions, confirms the booking, and sends you a text confirmation. it all happens without transferring you to a human being and the same thing happens at marriott and caesar's palace Poly handles millions of calls, takes the full conversation, completes the transaction, and updates the system 24/7 the infrastructure for dead phone theory already exists it's just being used for reservations right now...
