@JustReliq @GoopyKnoopy I honestly have no idea. Writing articles is something that I've heard is a fairly standard intro. I am currently making mods for Deadlock. I don't even know where to begin on that path but watching DLNS/FreakFest/Death Slam/Deathy Monthly/etc has been a blast.

I do enjoy Deadlock, but that's because I'm a MOBA enjoyer. Anyone saying that when Deadlock releases it's going to dominate the gaming scene or "Next big thing" is just wrong. This game is NOT new player friendly and won't keep their pub scene. it's fun as hell though.

@Hxsykhia Ah you're just talking about timers on camps. That feels super far in the advantageous direction. I've seen the arguments on Unspent but that one is at least just quick math on what they have item wise vs the amount of souls they have. I hope buff reminders are base game later on

the timer mod which is what both of the tweets are referring to IS NOT QoL lock and is also not associated with it, yes if u download hte timer mod it comes with QoL lock but qol lock does not come with the timers afaik

I made this mod alongside a friend who i dont think wants to be named, we went to valve and other devs and they explicitly told us it wasnt allowed and would rein consequences, that friend then went and shared it and the person who got it didnt know it wasnt allowed, please patch

@VegasDeadlock Do you think having a Buff Announcer/Camp First Spawn announcers are bad? Feels like it should/will be a feature of the game in the future. (Asking bc I'm designing one as of current)

At what point are deadlock mods getting out of hand, stuff like camp timers seems extremely unfair, hopefully this doesn't ruin it for the rest of the modding community
