@K0xytocin plus because it’s technically fostering, they could still possibly get a adopted !!! it just seems like a really fulfilling thing yknow? excited weirdly for when i get to that stage of my life

@theandersage this is such a beautiful sentiment It's hard to have less time with them, but I know it would mean the world to them to be cared for 💕

once i get a house with my partner, i think i want to forever foster elderly cats. so they don’t die alone in a cage. it feels like it could be incredibly fulfilling.

@CodyfromZero i think it emotionally will hurt when the cat passes ofc but knowing they didn’t pass in a shelter would make it worth it for me i think. this is a while away because my cat is aggressive. but it’s definitely something i want to do when i can.

@theandersage If it’s something you think you’re equipped emotionally for I think it’s incredibly important and valuable to the universe and fulfilling to the soul.

short version but i honestly just can’t believe he’s gone. nothing feels real. we only got the diagnosis only 18 days ago. how is this fucking fair. he didn’t start breathing when they took him off the vent so he was ready to go, but i want him back.

probably will end up posting a pathetic ass thread of thoughts because i need to get everything im thinking out of my brain so i stop ruminating on it
