@hummingbirddab Take large amounts of Vitamin D lotion - if 10,000iu is one pump, use 3-5 a day. If you start to have symptoms, use 15-20 pumps a day. Vitamin D is the most important thing you can get (preferably as lotion, not as a pill) to protect yourself and boost immune system.
