I just sent out an email with the subject line "New Hire - BC 2256" and the first response I got back was "What BC will he be in?".

Interesting—just finished a case of Sierra Nevada Brut IPA I’ve been working through since mid-spring. The longer they sit, the less “brut” and more “IPA” they become. Not a bad thing at all, but the difference between one I had in June and the one I’m having now is remarkable.

@weirdmedicine What this really shows is the subtleties of real life vs. a news story. The man and his family knew his condition and prognosis, the question is would you rather hear the news from a stranger on rounds in person or from your own doctor remotely? Maybe a new item on a living will.
