A look back at 2024— what a year! Happy 2025!!

About last weekend— spent the day touring the waterways, countryside and downtown of Sacramento and ended up finishing Ironman #5!! #IMCA

IM70.3 Tri-Cities recap- wake up at 4:30am, spend the day swimming, biking and running. Cap it off by sampling the local wines. What more can I say?

The days are getting shorter, the sun is getting lower, and I’m getting slower. I hate the end of summer.

First time visiting Oklahoma was a success- ran along the Arkansas River and across Route 66; found some cool trails and good local beer. What more could you want?
