No, I don't want that at all, but with so many alcohol and drug-impaired deaths, something needs to be done. A drunk driver killed a very good friend of mine's teenage daughter. This is a tragedy that should never have happened, and her parents and family will never be the same. Maybe if laws were enforced, this would happen less often. There are laws against talking on your phone or texting while driving, yet you see this constantly. There are laws that you are not allowed to speed, yet there's always someone on your ass if you go the speed limit, not a CHP in sight ever. So, what is the answer? Not this, but something needs to be done. The stats:
