Have you been to an IVF clinic?
It cost me $18,000 to do IVF for my wife at age 34. Out of the three eggs that were inserted, only one worked. We were lucky becuse she was born with a lot of eggs and they had plenty to remove and fertilize.
I can’t count how many hundreds of women were in that clinic going through IVF, all there with their husbands. That place was always packed with women. Women in their late 20s and 30s. Some even flew from another state cause it’s cheaper there.
In fact, my wife’s friend already had two kids and was trying IVF for a girl at 33, but her eggs were of poor quality and none of them worked. The reality is that women don’t always talk about what they go through to get pregnant. People just see a 35-year-old woman having a baby and assume it happened naturally.
When it was my turn in the process, all they needed from me was to ejaculate, and I wasn’t needed again after that. Meanwhile, the women had to take an entire box of medication. And even then, some attempts still failed.
You can’t compare the two processes. If a man has low sperm quality, in many cases it can improve with lifestyle changes. But if a woman has poor egg quality, it is far more complex, expensive, and difficult to treat. It’s basic biology: men produce millions of sperm continuously, while women are born with all their eggs and lose them over time.
This is why even an 80-year-old man, like Al Pacino, can still father a child. That’s just biology.

In IVF, they also check the man’s sperm count, so it is not only the woman who is tested. I am not saying men don’t have issues.
However, it is often easier and less expensive to treat male fertility problems compared to female fertility problems. This is because women have more factors that need to be monitored and managed, including:
Egg development (number and size of ovarian follicles)
Egg maturation (whether the eggs are ready to be collected)
Estrogen levels (estradiol)
Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels
Luteinizing hormone (LH) levels
Progesterone levels
Thickness and quality of the uterine lining (endometrium)
Timing of ovulation (often controlled or suppressed with medication)
How the ovaries respond to fertility drugs
Presence of cysts, fibroids, or other reproductive conditions
It is a complex and highly monitored process on the female side.

My leader @PeterObi, unfortunately this is where we part ways. My support for you was largely based on the efforts that I have seen from you in fighting for democratic, free, and fair elections.
However, your pattern of resigning from political parties solely because of external pressure (PDP, LP, and now ADC) is uncharacteristic of a leader with the ability to fight for what is right. You cower in the face of pressure and you run for soft landing else where. This is not the type of leadership Nigeria needs given its dire situation, and certainly not the type of politics that we need going into 2027.
My hate for Tinubu is bigger than my love for a better Nigeria at the moment. So I will align with whom I believe can end Tinubu. Best wishes.

I've stated that the main interest of every Nigerian now should be how to kick out APC from ASO Rock.
Whether it's Amechi that gets the ticket or Atiku or Peter Obi, or Kwankwaso, we need to support these people and have a collective goal and achieve it.
APC formed the same coalition in 2025, and none of them divided the party. Everyone sticked to it. Tinubu was one of the masterminders, but he was patient, and now he's the president.
If after forming this coalition and giving people hope and later we Radical obidients push Peter Obi to get the ticket in another party, I'm sorry, Tinubu will just be one side laughing at you guys while getting the second term and third term.

As mentioned earlier today, Peter Obi realized he has no chance to defeat Atiku in an open primaries in ADC. I don't care how you people see this but just so you know,
My wife cannot on her own decide to deliver by Caesarean section.
I have heard that some women no longer want to deliver vaginally and are opting for CS even when a vaginal birth is perfectly safe. That is unacceptable to me.
Unless the doctor advises or recommends a CS due to medical reasons, she must deliver vaginally the way a woman should. Fear of pushing is not an excuse.
I will not allow any woman to carry my child and then choose CS simply because she is afraid of labour pain.

Not to come off as having the highest amount of toasters or forming the most beautiful, but I can tell you for a fact that Nigerian men, especially the ones who have built a structure in their lives and are interested in women with substance, LOVE natural hair.
I cannot count the number of times men stop their cars just to talk to me on the road and 90% ask if “this is your natural hair” (my locs are touching the middle of my back).
They love girls on wigs only clubs when they are showing off “lifestyle” respectfully, however when they are looking for women who they can take home to their mothers and women who can contribute to their growth, they go for women who are more natural.
That’s why you see them having baddies only as club items/one night stand OS, but when it’s time to marry they’ll look for a girl who doesn’t look like she is in the club every Friday to Sunday (no wigs, no long lashes, etc).
I have a friend who is a clubbing guy to the core, yet when I ask why he doesn’t date the girls he goes clubbing with, he simply says things like he can’t be with bitches whose value revolves around the wig on their head and who can buy them the most drinks.
