3: Austin Castillo:⁠ ⁠ @thecastillo08 was 88-91 mph when he tore his UCL 5 days before his freshman season at Long Beach State. After a tumultuous, two-year rehab process (including a sprained ankle and a 2-month shutdown from throwing), Castillo is up to 91-93, topping 94 mph.⁠
