After shipping 250+ apps and making $3M+ with AI, I built a course for @lovable apps—and I'm giving it away. In the past two years, we cracked the code to building apps with AI. Refining our process as the tools got better. I've distilled everything into this single document. Comment "Build" and drop a follow. I'll DM it to you. P.S. This will likely blow up, so give me some time to reply.

I built a Claude Cowork OS that replaces OpenClaw and runs on autopilot. Manages my business & personal life tasks. I created the whole playbook so you can re-build it tonight. What's inside: • The exact foundation prompt • 3 level orchestration map • Memory template for global context • Routing table for file management • Starter workstations (finance, content, community, habits) • Project file structure • Single prompt that builds the entire folder tree Follow + Comment 'OS' and follow. I'll DM it to you.

Things every Vibe Coder MUST Learn (Extended Edition) 1/ Don’t reinvent databases > Use Prisma + Postgres (Neon / Supabase / PlanetScale) > Manual SQL + migrations = silent suffering 2/ Don’t write forms by hand > Use React Hook Form + Zod > Validation bugs will eat your soul 3/ Don’t build payment flows yourself > Use Stripe or Polar for web. Superwall or revenuecat for mobile > Never touch PCI compliance willingly 4/ Don’t build search from scratch > Use Algolia / Meilisearch / Typesense > Text search is way harder than it looks 5/ Don’t overbuild backend infra early > Use Serverless / BaaS first > Scale later, survive now 6/ Don’t ignore error tracking > Use Sentry / LogRocket > Console.log is not observability 7/ Don’t skip analytics > Use PostHog / Plausible > You’re flying blind otherwise 8/ Don’t design UI without components > Use shadcn/ui / Radix / Mantine > Consistency > creativity at MVP stage 9/ Don’t hardcode configs > Use env + dotenv + secrets manager > Leaks = instant regret 10/ Don’t DIY file uploads > Use UploadThing / Cloudinary / S3 > Multipart hell is real 11/ Don’t “just push to main” > Use GitHub Actions + Preview Deploys. Future-you will thank you 12/ Don’t skip performance tools > Use Lighthouse + Vercel Analytics. Slow apps don’t convert 13/ Don’t assume users understand anything > Add onboarding + empty states UX > Features 14/ Don’t wait to modularize > Use clean folders early. Refactors cost 10x later 15/ Don’t trust “I’ll remember this” > Document in README or markdowns. Your memory will betray you Bookmark to ship Better !

If coding is still your job description, it won't be for long this 9-minute video from the CEO of Cursor is the one talk you can't afford to miss right now 5-10 years ago everyone was saying you should become a programmer, it was the most promising career you could choose. now, without any degree, you can build almost anything if you have the drive and an LLM here's what's already happening: > in 2024, 15% of enterprise code was AI-generated, in 2025 it was 75% > 35% of all PRs at Cursor are now written by agents. no human touches the code > agent usage at Cursor grew 15x in a single year maybe you're reading this and thinking "I already know all of this" and if that's you, there aren't many like you the average Claude user still opens a tab, types something, gets an answer, closes the tab they're using maybe 10% of what Claude can do that's exactly why I built an 18-step guide that helps you set up Claude from scratch and use 100% of its potential even if you've been using Claude for months, there's probably a lot in there that's useful even for you full guide in the article below

@mattpocockuk yup i agree. I seriously give it a skip, most times unless its from a well-known developer from the community then i usually go back and forth with my agent to understand that skill and tweak it according to my usecase

Long skills are such a red flag to me - Hard to audit (and therefore, trust) - Hard to edit (more text, harder to maintain) - Expensive to run (more text, more tokens) The shorter the skill, the better IMO

6/ Takeaways Lovable x Shopify is great for: • small/medium DTC biz • static pages only • clients managing (own/small team) The cons: • complex workflow • enterprise-level/multiple integration • custom admin-side functionality
