In the beginning, there was Jack, and Jack had a groove! And from this groove came the groove of all grooves!
And while one day viciously throwing down on his box, Jack boldly declared, “Let there be House!” and house music was born!
“I am, you see, I am the creator, and this is my house! And in my house there is only house music. But, I am not so selfish because once you enter my house, it then becomes our house and our house music!”
And, you see, no one man owns house because house music is a universal language, spoke and understood by all.
You see, house is a feeling that no one can understand really unless you’re deep into the vibe of house. House is an uncontrollable desire to jack your body.
And, as I told you before, this is our house and our house music. And in every house, you understand, there is a keeper. And, in this house, the keeper is Jack. Now some of you who might wonder, “Who is Jack? And what is it that Jack does?”
Jack is the one who gives you the power to jack your body!
Jack is the one who gives you the power to do the snake!
Jack is the one who gives you the key to the wiggly worm!
Jack is the one who learns you how to work your body!
Jack is the one that can bring nations and nations of all Jackers together under one house!
You may be Black, you may be White; you may be Jew or Gentile! It don’t make a difference in our house! And this is fresh!

The “Motherboard” interlude in Beyoncé’s RENAISSANCE World Tour visuals, features “My House” by Rhythm Controll with @TheChuckRoberts’ sermon speech of the Genesis of House Music [which references the Book of Genesis from the Holy Bible]. “In the beginning, there was Jack, and Jack had a groove. And from this groove came the groove of all grooves. And while one day viciously throwing down on his box, Jack boldly declared ‘Let there be House!’ and house music was born. ‘I am, you see, I am the creator, and this is my house!’” The interlude features Beyoncé’s visual albums all the way back, from drowning in “Pretty Hurts,” to the funeral procession in “Nile” [“wearing all white to the funeral,” Black Parade]. Beyoncé said the song felt like one’s subconscious, “the moment before you pass on” in “Making the Gift” documentary. And most importantly, the tribute to Yemayá before “Water,” who is the metaphysical mother of all Orishas [deities] in the Yoruba spiritual pantheon. Her domain is said to be water, wherever there is water, there is Yemayá—“We orbit; make joy look easy. Cutlass and calabash. Earth and womb. Lost languages spill out of our mouths.” Followed by a voiceover, “Water signifies life. Water signifies purity. Water signifies hope and water signifies the ability to be reborn.” The interlude also features Mojik [Your Waves] by @FatimaAlQadiri, the song is an ode to drowning, and the lyrics, sung in Arabic, translate to: “Your waves, your waves have killed me, oh sea,” where Beyoncé is reborn as the “Motherboard” [of the MPC which birthed RENAISSANCE] at 6:00:00 with Paris coordinates appearing on screen [as pointed out by @jimmykhalo]. The Miracle of the Sun also known as the Miracle of Fátima is a series of events reported to have occurred miraculously attended by a large crowd who had gathered in Fátima, Portugal, in response to a prophecy made by three shepherd children. The prophecy was that the Virgin Mary, would appear and perform miracles on that date. #RWT2023

Pieter Bruegel the Elder’s “Landscape with the Flight into Egypt” 1563, depicts the biblical story of the Virgin Mary, Joseph and their infant son Jesus on their way to Egypt to flee persecution. The broad valley and dramatic peaks represent the long and arduous journey ahead. The Holy Mother wears an unusual red cloak in the painting rather than her traditional blue. Beyoncé appears in the RENAISSANCE World Tour visuals in Balmain’s RENAISSANCE Couture, a hooded crimson red velvet draped jumpsuit with “Landscape with the Flight into Egypt” in the background. Beyoncé being the Holy Mother here and the infant being “Reneigh” as the BeyHive endearingly calls the disco mirrored horse, a personification of RENAISSANCE the album, in her womb as she gives birth to the tour on stage, which was a “long and arduous journey,” 4 years in the making. RENAISSANCE the album and CLUB RENAISSANCE has been celebrated by fans and music critics across the world and now the tour, as a form of escape for queer folks of all backgrounds and ethnicities providing them a safe space to share joy and love and live their truth. #RWT2023
