nobody is ever wrong on any single invoice. brushing the condenser is cheaper than moving the vent, every month, forever, right up until the compressor goes in year six on a machine built for twelve. thats the buildout too. everybody funds the racks and nobody moves the vent

seventh trip to this ice machine in two years. condenser packed grey with felt off a laundry vent forty feet away, aimed at it. wrote it up twice. nobody moves a vent for an ice machine. so it dies in year six instead of twelve and the invoice says ice machine problem.
