Tyler Robinson tells Lance Twiggs he still has to retrieve his rifle, and when Lance asks if he was the one who did it, Tyler replies, “I am, I’m sorry.” That is not small. Now the prosecution needs to finish the job. Show us exactly how the rifle was dropped, where it was found, and whether there is footage of Robinson ditching it. And whatever happened to the guy they briefly detained who falsely claimed he shot Charlie Kirk? If the case is this strong, then put every last detail on the table.

Some people online act like if they do not get the exact piece of evidence they wanted, then nothing counts. That is nonsense. We do not live in a perfect world. We live in the world of the evidence we actually have. This roommate interview did not just add background. It helped authenticate key parts of the prosecution’s case: the bullet-casing messages, the communications before and after the assassination, and the roommate’s awareness of what Tyler Robinson had done. At this point, if people still want to deny all of that, they are basically betting everything on the idea that the roommate made the whole story up. That is a much harder sell now.

Well, she's free. @devorydarkins breaks down the madness: “This is American justice. So the district court judge who presided over this case essentially agreed with her. Haha! That's exactly what's going on here. Essentially agreed with her. And so when we can't even hold judges accountable in the right way, that means there are multiple tiers of justice in America.”

Internet personalities have been spewing a lot of “theories” about Charlie Kirk's murder without evidence. @devorydarkins gives his take on the situation: “There's been this whole rhetoric of saying how Lance Twiggs was never interviewed by law enforcement. I mean, there are a lot of people on the internet who believe that. That's part of the whole conspiracy theory world around this case. And I know there are legitimate questions. I have no issue with that. But when we push theories, we better make sure we can back them up with facts.”

Graham Platner drops out of the Maine Senate race after multiple allegations of abuse and rape. Now he's making demands about who should replace him. Right. @devorydarkins gives his thoughts on the gentle oyster farmer: “You've got multiple sexual allegations in regards to your exes, who in one case said that you raped them, allegedly. You've got this whole fantasizing that you admitted to, essentially raping someone if they broke into your house. You also fantasized about masturbating in a porta-john. And then, of course, you had the audacity to insult a POW, an injured veteran out of Afghanistan—this guy's a scumbag. And he's issuing demands? Just go away quietly.”

Whether it's gang violence or teen takeovers, we have a serious cultural problem within the young adult community. @devorydarkins dives into solutions: “The best way to help these kids is for them to have some role models in their life, particularly their parents, to do what they're supposed to be doing. And if that fails, then we've got to have a community that surrounds them with the right leadership.”

Tim Walz has been blindsided by the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department as a deputy Somali American calls out gang activity in his own community. @devorydarkins praises the brave folks standing up against the madness: “That's how bad it is, that they're willing to go against their own community, essentially, to call this violence out. And hats off to them. This is what we should expect in all communities across the country if people would only have the courage. So shout out to the sheriff here.”

Public schools throughout the country are having major issues, and children are falling behind. @devorydarkins breaks down the broken system: “It's all about the money. That's exactly what the driver is. And how it happens is we increase the workforce, right? We hire more teachers, more educators, more experts, more consultants, but we never actually increase the performance of what we're offering here. So what happens over decades is the Department of Education, down even to the state level, has grown dramatically, but the test scores have dropped dramatically. I mean, it's almost the opposite effect.”

Once again, Black culture gets an F. @devorydarkins hilariously reacts to a spicy street interview gone wrong during a Pride event: “I mean, what are you wearing? What's going on with your hair? Why do you speak that way? Why do you behave that way? Do you have any class? And what's interesting is not all Black people behave this way. The ones that do are the ones that clearly grow up in the ghetto, are around people who talk like that, and so they think that is the best way to present themselves to society. It's not.”

Things got eventful in Memphis as the National Guard was brought in to restore law and order after violent mobs got out of control in the streets. @devorydarkins opines on the National Guard and Black culture: “I love when we get to use our men and women to apply law and order in our streets. Use them for that. I just see no issues with that. Now the hate part is, once again, 'people of color,' Black culture, doing what they do best, which is making fools of themselves.”

Chicago has a history of failed mayors going back decades. @devorydarkins breaks down the decay of the Windy City: “The city of Chicago they have a paradigm of corruption and failed mayors, one after another. It's been happening for quite some time now. I don't even think they know how to pick a good mayor today. The last three were plagued with high-level corruption schemes and failed leadership regarding public safety.”

Sunny Hostin is still willing to vote for Graham Platner after he has now been accused of rape. @devorydarkins sets the record straight on the woke lunatic: “So you're saying you're willing to vote for an alleged rapist, right? I want to be clear with my words. According to the victim, he raped her. So you're willing to still vote for that guy? I mean, you won't even demand that the Democrat Party find a better replacement. You can't even do that? I mean, guys, this is what desperation will do to you, right? This is what tribalism will do to you. It blinds you.”

Every day there is another crazy story coming out of New York City. You have workers inside a high rise saying beams are bending like cigarettes, floors are sagging, and corners were cut because people wanted profit. That is not some minor oversight. That is the kind of mistake that gets people killed if it is not caught in time. So yes, this building may get fixed. But the real issue is bigger than one structure. When leadership keeps focusing on ideology instead of competence, the city eventually starts getting blindsided by crisis after crisis.

Zohran Mamdani is getting a raise while New York City is a mess. @devorydarkins calls out the hypocritical wannabe Bolshevik: “Any way you dice it, it just doesn't look good. It's just a reality because of the climate that he created with his own rhetoric, where he seeks to punish people who are financially well off. So when you start increasing your pay, or the City Council starts to increase theirs, yeah, I think they should get criticized based on their own logic.”

The Charlie Kirk assassination trial has been controversial, to say the least. Wild theories, fractured relationships, and plenty of internet personalities milking his death for clicks and profit. @devorydarkins delivers a common sense look at the debate: “What we should do as concerned citizens is look at the facts, look at the evidence, and then make up our conclusions from there. But the problem with the internet is they don't want to waste any time coming up with their own conclusions, even though they're not experts in this type of investigation.”

Michelle Buteau revealed a cake for Independence Day that read, "America Do Better Bitch," on an episode of The View. @devorydarkins peels back the layers of ignorance and stupidity: “It's the continuous propaganda that is conditioning people to hate the country. And to be effective at doing that, you've got to take what has always been a timeless idea—an idea that's bigger than yourself—and you've got to minimize that idea. The idea of the American flag must be minimized to fit their narrative. The idea of a constitutional republic must be skewed to fit their narrative.”

Stolen Valor Governor Wes Moore claims the country is "uneven" when it comes to Black Americans. But was it uneven when you received the Bronze Star after lying about the award for years? @devorydarkins has a few thoughts on the matter: “Ask your average veteran who served, especially on the enlisted side. No one receives an award after the fact unless you did something heroic or something like that. Come on. Deeply uneven, huh? That sounds deeply uneven. I wish I got an award when I got out. There were plenty of awards I was promised. Never got it. Yeah, it's uneven for sure. Definitely being the governor of Maryland uneven.”

One of the most revealing parts of this whole Platner saga is that John Fetterman was basically the only Democrat willing to call it straight. While other Democrats danced around it or shamefully stayed quiet, Fetterman called Platner a “trashbag” and made it clear that normal people could see this train wreck coming. That matters. I don't know what Fetterman's future in politics looks like, but I hope he stays involved because, at least, he was willing to tell the truth when his own party would not.

And this is why I say people like her are part of the biggest problem in America. Spewing ignorant talking points to people who, in my opinion, don't have the time or don't care to actually do any research to figure out if what she is saying is true.”
