For the first time, a fossilized tyrannosaur has been found with stomach contents preserved in place. Partial remains of two small dinosaurs were discovered inside the stomach cavity of a Gorgosaurus specimen from Dinosaur Provincial Park. Check out this video for details!

In 1991, it was discovered in WY as part of the Morrison Formation and is 95% complete, making it the most complete Allosaurus in the world! The skeleton shows multiple fascinating pathologies (evidence of sickness or injury) that likely led to their death. So incredible to see!

Big Al was a huge part of my childhood and in shaping me into a #paleontologist. My grandmother recorded Walking with Dinosaurs on VHS for me (look it up, kids) and I watched it endlessly. This summer, I got to see a cast of Big Al's skull at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West!
