You do understand I said he does a lot of things really well but he does miss a lot of open routes. He fixes that, he’d be elite. However, going 12-12 doesn’t mean he didn’t check down and miss seeing a wide open route. Similar to the 2-point conversion. I’m not knocking him, I like Gunner.

How’d that 12-12 in the second half sit with ya?

Mike Bobo is far far far from a perfect coordinator…….. but he was pretty close today!

Bobo is calling a game! Can the coordinators ever call a great game at the same time though?

This is why I said he does a lot of good things…. But when you hit a 7 yard route but didn’t see a wide open receiver running wide open….. box score doesn’t see that. A few of them are acting like I said he sucks and can do nothing right…. But he does miss a lot of wide-open routes.

Gunner does so many things well but I’ve rarely seen a qb who just doesn’t see wide open routes like him.

Are we watching the same game? Perhaps you passed out and missed the 4th quarter, he was perfect. His stats for the game are off the charts. He may miss an open receiver from time to time, he is in his first year as a starter, but he don’t force the ball or throw it to the other team. The object of the game is wins. We won. Go home and sober up.

@MitchellSnow03 I think it’s 16 total touchdowns to 1 interception now. Pretty effective.

@thedrsec It was the same with Beck last 2 years & even with Stetson at times…dudes running wide open, but could it simply be that it’s hard to play Qb! That’s why they watch film & try to make adjustments

@OleMizzle Time will tell. The reason I feel that way (and the bigger point) UGA defense has been terrible in the first half and played really well in the second half.

@davidpollack47 What if UGA would’ve listened to me and hired Tom Herman over Kirby Smart….. The eastern division would actually be competitive lol I still stand by my reasoning but Kirby Smart is the ultimate exception to the rule.
