I took a $100K personal loan for my first startup. Moved countries twice. Promoted nightclubs in cities where I knew zero people. None of that worked because I had some edge. It worked because I acted like it was already going to work. Perception is reality. Once you actually believe something will work, everything about how you operate changes. People can feel it. Ads work, SEO works, cold outbound works, agencies work, ecom works, SaaS works. They ALL work. The question was never what to pick. The question is how long you're willing to do it before you quit and convince yourself it was the wrong model. You have to approach whatever you're doing with 100% belief that it WILL work, and then iterate until it does. That's the whole game. People much dumber than you are making much more money right now. The only difference is they picked something and didn't flinch.
