It would help if social media platforms banned these blogs and bot farms that push out fake information. They’ve eliminated the guardrails and with monetization, there is zero incentive for these people to stop peddling fake posts. Maybe a lawyer could answer this: Can these fake posters be sued if they attribute a fake quote to a real person?
